Terms of Service: DAV Technology PLC Digital Solutions

Welcome to the DAV Technology PLC (DAV Tech) software platform. By accessing or using our management systems
(including POS, Hotel, Gym, and Manufacturing modules), you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Service Grant
DAV Tech grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use our software services solely for your internal
business operations. This right is contingent upon the timely payment of your chosen subscription plan.
2. Account Security
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials for your staff.
• Any actions performed under your business account are your responsibility.
• DAV Tech reserves the right to suspend accounts that show suspicious login activity from unauthorized locations.
• DAV Tech will not sell your data (phone numbers, sales trends) to third parties.
3. Support and Maintenance
• Standard Support: Technical assistance is available via our Telegram Support Channel or Phone during business hours.
• Service Level: We aim for 99.9% server uptime. However, maintenance windows will occur. DAV Tech
will provide a 24-hour notice via the system dashboard before any scheduled maintenance that exceeds 30 minutes.
4. Subscription Billing & Refund Policy
• Billing: Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance. Yearly subscriptions are billed as a single upfront
payment.
• Lapse of Payment: Failure to pay by the due date will result in a "Read-Only" mode for 48 hours, followed
by full account suspension.
• Refunds: Payments are non-refundable. If you cancel a yearly plan mid-year, you will retain access until the end of the paid period, but no prorated refund will be issued.
5. Limitation of Liability
DAV Tech provides the software "as-is." While we strive for perfection, DAV Tech shall not be liable for:
• Business losses or "loss of profit" resulting from system downtime.
• Data errors caused by incorrect manual entry by the Client’s staff.
• Connectivity issues arising from the Client’s local internet service provider (ISP).
6. Ethical Use
You agree not to use the system for any illegal activities, including tax evasion or fraudulent reporting. DAV Tech complies with Ethiopian data laws and will cooperate with local authorities if legal violations are detected.
7. Modifications to Terms
We may update these terms as we add new Phase 2 and Phase 3 features. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
